A PORTABLE COOLANT RECYCLING SYSTEM.
The air pressure is monitored on the operating gauge located beside the filter gauges. The pump is adjustable and will operate between 15 and 20 PSI. When the coolant has been skimmed, double filtered and zapped with ozone it is returned to the machine sump to begin the cycle again. The tramp oils are manually drained from the holding tank after two or three machine tools are cleaned. The manual drain must be done while the coalescer is operating. This will ensure an appropriate level in the holding tank to force the tramp oils out. Once the machine sump is cleaned, simply disconnect the air and electrical lines, put the intake and output lines away and roll the coalescer to the next machine to be cleaned. To keep machines clean, the coalescer should be used every other week but more often if necessary depending on the amount of lube oil your machine uses.
